Worry is projecting your fears into the future.

In order to experience more peace, begin thinking about things true, beautiful, worthy of praise.


Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.

Philippians 4:8


If worry is a seed, its fruit is stress, anxiety, fear and host of other mental, emotional and even physical challenges.

The reward of trusting God is peace.
